Stay urban, and at the same time near beautiful outdoor areas, at Skøyen in Oslo. Our newly renovated hotel enjoys a central location in a rural atmosphere. Scandic Sjølyst is perfect for an Oslo stay, whether you are a leisure or a business traveler, traveling with the sports team or alone.
We offer 5 brand new and flexible meeting rooms in our own conference department, with a total capacity of 240 people. Enjoy a better dinner in our new restaurant Skabos Hage. Our outdoor service is open all summer. On colder days, you can enjoy a tasty drink in the outdoor area, under heat lamps and blankets. The hotel also offers a 24-hour shop, with a selection of light meals, snacks and beverages. Start the day with a session in our well-equipped gym. If you would rather exercise outside, Bygdøy is close by with rural surroundings, jogging trails and beaches. Borrow a bicycle from the reception and explore the local area or Oslo city center. Tryvann Winter Park is not far away - and if you want a little more culture, you can pay a visit to the Kon Tiki Museum or the Folk Museum.
Stay centrally at Skøyen, only 5 minutes by train from Oslo city centre. Scandic Sjølyst has an urban location, and is close to public transport. It is located only 32 minutes from Oslo airport Gardermoen with the airport train. Perfect for both leisure and business travellers, sports teams and larger groups. In the summer, you can enjoy lazy days at Bygdøy’s many beaches and walking trails, and in the winter, Tryvann Vinterpark isn’t far away.
