Please note: the policy for what kind of pets are allowed and pets per visitor may differ between our hotels. Please contact the hotel you're planning to visit for more information.

Pet guidelines at all our hotels

• No pets at bar, restaurant, spa or kids rooms​
• No pets without owners on hotel property – except in room​
• Guide dogs stay free and without restrictions​

• Hotels in Germany — EUR 20
• Hotels in Finland — EUR 20
• Hotels in Sweden — SEK 200
• Hotels in Denmark — DKK 200
• Hotels in Norway — NOK 200 (Grand Hotel Oslo by Scandic NOK 400)
• Hotels in Poland — PLN 80

Please note: pet-friendly room is not available in all room categories.

Loyal Friends (Level 5), True Friends (Level 6), and Best Friends (Level 7) can reserve a pet room at no extra charge if available. To take advantage of this offer, request it in the special request field when making your booking and contact the hotel or our member service in advance to confirm the room with the hotel.
